Recovery Coaching From
Someone Who's Lived It
Support, structure, and accountability for people ready to break free from gambling, alcohol, destructive habits and self-sabotage, without judgment or shame.
The first 45 minute session is free. Sometimes one honest conversation can change a life.
When You’re Stuck in the Same Cycle,
Willpower Alone Isn’t Enough
Gambling, alcohol, escapism, and destructive habits can make life feel like a loop. You promise yourself it will be different, but the same patterns keep pulling you back. This support is for people who are tired of hiding, tired of starting over, and are ready to rebuild with support, structure, and honest accountability.
Recovery Is More Than Stopping the Habit
The goal is not just to quit. The goal is to rebuild your life in a way that feels steady, honest, and worth staying present for.Together, we focus on discipline, daily structure, emotional awareness, accountability, and better routines that support long-term change.
How I Can Support You
My Story
I spent years stuck in destructive cycles, gambling, alcohol, escapism, chasing dopamine, avoiding reality, and thinking the next win, party, or distraction would finally fix how I felt.
It never did.
Today, I'm 4 years sober and approaching 1.5 years gamble-free. Recovery changed my life through accountability, discipline, structure, and learning how to face life instead of escaping it.I started sharing my experience online, and people began reaching out saying they related to it or that it helped them feel less alone. That’s what inspired me to create this.I'm not here as a perfect expert. I'm here as someone who has lived it, worked through it, and wants to help others take their life back one step at a time.

Messages That Reminded Me Why This
Matters
I never expected opening up online to connect with so many people. These are a few messages that stayed with me.
You Don’t Have to Rebuild Alone
If you’re struggling with gambling, alcohol, destructive habits, or feeling stuck in the same cycle, the first step is simply reaching out.No pressure. No judgment. Just an honest conversation with someone who’s been there.

Recovery coaching is based on lived experience, accountability, and peer support. I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional, and coaching is not a replacement for professional mental health or medical care.
